Rules of Conduct for Lockers, Lockers, Changing Rooms, and Steel Furniture!
Lockers, Lockers, Changing Rooms, and Steel Furniture! operates an interactive online service that is accessible as a social network on the internet. All users registered on Lockers, Lockers, Changing Rooms, and Steel Furniture! .de together form a unified social network (hereinafter referred to as the "Network"). Each user can decide whether and to what extent they grant other users access to their profile.
The following binding rules apply to the behavior of all users of the network, to content in profiles and groups, to images and links, as well as to the handling of data accessible via the network:
- Respectful language and polite interaction are fundamental to our network. Accordingly, it is not permitted to negatively highlight, bully, or ridicule other people.
- Publications that violate applicable laws are, of course, strictly prohibited.
- No repeated sending of messages if the recipient has indicated that this is not desired.
- No chain letters, pyramid schemes, competitions, lotteries, betting games, or similar activities may be sent or organized.
- Information in profiles and groups must be true. Content in profiles and groups, as well as images and links, may only be published for private purposes. Data published by other users via the network may not be reused in any way.
- Users are solely responsible for any type of publication (data, information, images, etc.), as well as for the consequences thereof.
- If a profile picture is uploaded to the profile page, the user must be recognizable in it.
- Users may only publish content to which they hold the rights. Third-party consent is required for publications related to third parties.
- Users may not publish commercial or political advertising.
- Racist, violent, politically extremist, sexist, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive publications, as well as those that insult, defame, threaten, or verbally degrade other individuals, ethnic groups, or religious beliefs, are prohibited.
- Nude photographs and pornographic motifs, or depictions of physical or sexual violence, are not permitted. Images of victims of violent acts, victims of war, or victims of natural disasters, the use of unconstitutional symbols, and images glorifying violence or depictions of acts of war are also prohibited.
- Messages must be treated confidentially by users. They may only be made accessible to third parties with the express consent of the sender.
- Data may not be manually or automatically read, stored, edited, modified, forwarded, used commercially, or otherwise misused for the purpose of data extraction without the sender's consent.
- No profiles may be created within the network or websites may be set up that are used to read, store, edit, modify, forward, or otherwise misuse information.
- No viruses, links, programs, or other methods may be used or distributed that violate the general terms and conditions for using the network.
- The disclosure and exchange of passwords, codes, and serial numbers of any kind are prohibited on the platform.
- Technical attacks to modify, misuse, delete, or otherwise damage individual user data, in whole or in part, are prohibited. Likewise, technical attacks on the platform (lockers, lockers, changing rooms, and steel furniture!) or the network database in any form are prohibited.
- In addition to the Code of Conduct, the General Terms and Conditions for using the network must be observed.
Punishment of violations
- A violation of the Terms and Conditions or the Code of Conduct will result in a warning, temporary or permanent blocking of the user's profile, or profile deletion.
- Profiles that reflect a user identity other than their actual identity will be deleted without warning after the first violation.
- The operators of the Lockers, Lockers, Changing Rooms, and Steel Furniture! network reserve the right to delete a profile or group immediately and without prior warning in the event of a serious violation.
- If a group founder is deleted, the Lockers, Lockers, Changing Rooms, and Steel Furniture! team will appoint one of the group moderators as the new group founder. If no moderator is available, the profile with the longest membership in the respective group will be appointed as the founder.
